    This tree is pretty nice quality and feels stable once built. It was very simple to assemble I only struggled a bit with the ladder and ended up leaving one screw out as it didnt line up. My cat is on the large side so when he sat in the basket it did bend down a little but sprung back into place. Would definately recommend. Great for the price.
