      We received the scratching pole within a week. It is very solid and well made. It was also easy to put together. The cats love it. We have an older cat that has trouble with normal scratching poles getting from one level to another but the stair approach on this scratching pole is a brilliant idea and he mastered it straight away. Both our cats are large cats over 7 kgs and the scratching pole holds their weight - without tipping over when they jump off it. The scratching pole is not that tall about 120cm but I didnt want it very tall so I was happy with the height. I was happy enough with the product to purchase a larger scratching pole for the younger cat.
