    Even though an unexpected delivery issue arose after sending a message to the supplier they assured me the item would arrive by next week and if not to contact them and they would make sure it arrived. After all that the massage chair still arrived ahead of initial scheduled time by 2days. It only took 5days to arrive after the order. Great correspondence from supplier and a great chair for a bargain during Black Friday specials. 855 delivered after all discounts as RRP 2500. Jon Pitt
