    Q&A:
    1. Remote monitoring is not smooth: Please select the appropriate resolution according to the network environment at that time.
    2. The APP is not able to remotely view the SD card video smoothly: Due to the difference in decoding capabilities of mobile phones, the device video can be adjusted to suit the clarity of your mobile phone.
    3. Accidentally forget the password: Press and hold the camera reset button (M) for 3 seconds to restore factory settings.

    special reminder:
    1. If you change the network environment, please reset it first, then connect your phone to the machines hotspot to reconfigure WiFi.
    2. If the camera cannot recognize the memory card, please replace the memory card or format it and use it again.
    3. Before shutting down, please stop recording to avoid losing or damaging the last unsaved video file;
    4. The camera will generate a certain amount of heat during operation. Please ensure that the cameras heat dissipation holes are functioning properly.
