    The ELDER CARE Customizable Checklist helps to ensure daily chores and activities are performed for your older loved ones by their caregivers. Sliders click into place as each activity is completed, and guardians can easily check and reset the chore list each day.

     

    The  Checklist is 3D printed from bio-degradable plastic (PLA), and is non-toxic to pets and humans. It's unique design allows the sliders to move easily yet remain in place when checked or unchecked. All parts of the checklist are precisely printed to a tolerance of 0.1 millimeters and are designed to snap into place using no glue or harmful chemicals. It takes 13 printed parts and 31 vinyl labels to make just one Checklist. The checklist is shipped fully assembled, tested, and ready for use.
