    My incubator arrived within time specified.The temperature setting was easy to use and adjust. The water connection was good. It can be difficult to refill. There is no gauge of humidity so we rely on it to use the correct amount.It worked well however it did lack instruction manual which I would expect from an incubator. I am experienced so worked it out but a first time user would definitely need this.
